Refund Policy

PRODUCT SATISFACTION:

I value my customers and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from me. I guarantee that your tubers will have at least one eye and will arrive to you clearly identified and in excellent condition as I go through multiple checks to ensure that I am supplying you with the best quality tubers. Even though I take all the precautions to provide a quality product, I ask that upon receipt of your order you inspect your tubers immediately and contact me via email at: info@jamaissansmesfleurs.com within a week of your order delivery if you have any concerns. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 7 days.

Also please understand that I can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers/bulbs, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence.
